1. Login to the client portal by visiting https://hostingground.com and click on the client login link at the top of the screen.
2. Click on the "Services" tab to expand the drop down.
3. Click on "My Services" from the drop down.
4. Click on "View Details" next to the account that you wish to cancel.
5. Click on "Management Actions" then "Request Cancellation" from the drop down window.
Fill out the requested details to submit the cancellation request. You will receive an email confirmation of your request.
